Welcome to Mefish. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using Mefish, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the application.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download and use the Mefish application on your personal device for personal, non-commercial, and entertainment purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the source code of the application;

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Mefish at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession.
Age Restriction
Mefish is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the application, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If we discover or have reason to suspect that you are under 18 years of age, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately.
In-App Purchases
Mefish offers in-app purchases for coins that can be used within the application. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We are not responsible for any unauthorized purchases made through your device. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device is secure and that you manage your in-app purchase settings accordingly.
Limitations
In no event shall Mefish or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Mefish's application, even if Mefish or a Mefish authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
Accuracy of Materials
The materials appearing on Mefish's application could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Mefish does not warrant that any of the materials on its application are accurate, complete, or current. Mefish may make changes to the materials contained on its application at any time without notice. However, Mefish does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Mefish has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its application and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Mefish of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
Modifications
Mefish may revise these terms of service for its application at any time without notice. By using this application, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
